About

Caring for all individuals, with compassion and clarity

With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and more than two decades of experience, I provide high-impact psychotherapy to individuals and families facing diverse emotional, behavioral, and neurological challenges. I work with individuals across ages from 7 to 70. My expertise spans a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy, with a particular focus on various Anxiety disorders, OCD, Depression, Autism, ADHD and social difficulties. My approach blends evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, warm, humorous and culturally sensitive perspective that empowers clients to thrive. Over the years, my clients have experienced meaningful progress through active participation in their treatment, reflecting on their experiences, practicing skills between sessions, and bringing insights, observations, and emerging emotions into our work together. Passionate about fostering collaboration, I’m known for my ability to build strong relationships with my clients, their family members, school staff, medical teams and community organizations, ensuring seamless care coordination and enhanced client access. I am also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals, having provided supervision and training to interns, post-doctoral students and early clinicians. I offer both in-person and telehealth services to provide flexible and client-centered care.
